We take great pride in delivering a high level of customer service and care. We work closely with you, the client, to make sure that what you want is exactly what you get, and we will dedicate as much time as is necessary to achieve this. In the event that something you purchase from us needs repairing we ask that you discuss this with us and let us do the work; not all jewellers are proficient in working with 22ct gold but by engaging us to do the work you can be sure it will be done perfectly.
We also enjoy remodelling jewellery that is no longer worn but which has special stones in it, or even just sentimental value. We ask that you peruse the website so you can get an idea of our style and what you’d like to aim for, and between us we will create something new out of something old that will become an heirloom in its own right.
Shipping & Returns
We send our parcels by Royal Mail next day guaranteed, fully insured, and in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, we ask that you return it by the same method, in all its packaging, within 14 days. Prior to returning an item please contact us so we can expect a parcel and we will refund your money in full when we see that everything is perfect.
Our Materials & Sustainability
We source all our gold from a reputable dealer who only uses recycled gold. Our stones are bought from gem dealers who are conscientious about their sources and who take great care to buy responsibly. We also buy antique jewellery if we see a stone or stones that we like, rather than buying them new from an unverified source.
Jewellery Care, Size Guide
22ct gold is a soft metal in that it will bruise under pressure, so better not to wear it when chopping wood or lifting rocks! We do not polish any of our work, we leave it with a natural matte which will take on its own character and shine depending on how it’s worn and where it gets rubbed most often. Our gold pieces can be worn every single day for many, many years.
If you have a piece with a stone in it, we’ll be happy to advise you whether it can be worn every day or better not to because some gems are softer than others and will require some care. This applies to opals and pearls for instance, but most other gems we use are hard and will wear well for many years. Unlike all other metals 22ct gold it will not tarnish or discolour or fade, it will always be a rich, pure colour.

Gift Cards
Virtual Gift Cards are the perfect way to give someone a piece of our jewellery and be sure you’ve got it right, because your lucky recipient will choose the piece themselves! It is also a perfect way for a few people to contribute to a special gift, each person buying their desired value of gift card.
If their order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, they can pay the balance using standard payment methods. When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It's not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance. Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.
